Financial-Insurance Info

At Fusion Orthodontics, our goal is to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment and care that comfortably fits your budget. We offer several payment options to fit your needs. Please ask our financial coordinator about financing options, credit card payments, and bank drafts. We will thoroughly explain your options so that we can better accommodate your needs.

Orthobanc provides a hassle-free payment experience. There is no interest charged with most plans, and there is no credit check to use their service in most cases. It is a service for patients who may choose to spread out their payments across the months of their treatment. Payments are electronically drafted each month from your checking, savings, credit card, or FSA savings accounts.

CareCredit also provides affordable, flexible financing options with added benefits beyond dentistry. A simple, quick, and confidential application process is required with an instant qualifying response time in return. CareCredit offers “No Interest Payment Plan” financing. Insurance

While we accept most insurances, please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. If we have all of your insurance information before the day of the appointment and can verify your coverage, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You must be familiar with your insurance benefits as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. Insurance benefits change throughout the year based on the renewal date for that particular employer. Therefore, we can only estimate, not guarantee, what your insurance company will pay to the best of our ability at that time.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have lifetime orthodontic benefits that are different from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please provide that information in our Electronic Forms.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
